Returns

Because all Branded Inks products are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis and customized according to the customer’s selected colors, styles, and sizes, each item is made to order. As a result, returns and exchanges are accepted only for items that are physically defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error.

Return Authorization Requirement

To return a Branded Inks product, you must first request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending any item back. To obtain an valid RMA number, email us at info@brandedinks.com and request authorization. Your email must include the date of purchase, the item you wish to return, and a description of the physical defect or damage.

Once issued, the RMA number must be written clearly in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel. Returns received without an RMA number may be refused.

What Can Be Returned

Only items that are physically defective or damaged upon arrival are eligible for return. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. You must notify us of any defect or damage within thirty (30) days of receipt of purchase. After verification of the defect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

What Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incorrect size selection
• Color or style preference
• Ordering errors
• Buyer’s remorse

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. Requests submitted more than thirty (30) days after delivery will not be accepted. Only items confirmed to have a physical manufacturing defect qualify for return or replacement.

Returns for Refund or Exchange

Eligible returns for refund or replacement must be requested within thirty (30) days of receipt of purchase and are limited strictly to items verified as physically defective.

Shipping Charges for Returned Products

All shipping charges for returning products to us are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not reimburse return shipping charges.

How to Return Your Items

1. Contact Customer Support at info@brandedinks.com to obtain an valid RMA number and indicate whether you are requesting a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the return parcel.
